BILLING TERMSFor some services, a deposit may be due to book your event. The remaining balance is due on or before the date that services are t be rend. We offer several ways to pay your bill, including PayPal, checks, cash, and all major credit cards. If you submit a check that is returned for insufficient funds or a closed account, you will be charged a returned check fee of $25. Payments are due within 15 days of the billing date. Any previous balance carried forward to the next billing cycle will be assessed a 1.5% or $5 late fee, which ever is greater. We reserve the right to refer your account to collections, and assess any attorney fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in collection of delinquent bills. Cait's Paints reserves the right to deny Services to you in the event that your payments are not current. SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES You agree that all of the Terms includes a right for Cait's Paints to make Content available to its Subsidiaries and Affiliates. Sometimes, these companies will be providing Services to you on behalf of Cait's Paints. You acknowledge and agree that Subsidiaries and Affiliates will be entitled to provide the Services to you. These may have their own set of Terms, which you will be subject to.ADDITIONAL TERMS ADDENDUMYou acknowledge and agree that Cait's Paints is always innovating and updating, and that we may update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion, and without notice. Return Policy
RETURN POLICYCait's Paints believes in 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchases, and would be happy to answer any questions or concerns about products of services. We will gladly take returns on damaged or incorrect product orders if the claim is reported within 3 days of the delivery date. However, we are dedicated to maintaining quality and safety in our products, and will not accept returns on items that pose hygiene liabilities, are used, or custom items. If you need clarification as to whether your products fall into these parameters, feel free to contact us. In the event that you need to return an incorrect or damaged order, we will gladly exchange the products if they are returned in original packaging and in accordance with our return policy.Incorrect orders, due to errors on our part, will be rectified and sent to you at no additional charge after your returns have been received. If the entire package is damaged from transit, contact us with photos of the internal/external damages. Keep all packaging, and allow up to 14 days for the claims process and shipment of replacement products. Please contact us if you have a return to make; We will not accept unauthorized returns! All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, an inspection, or may be refused. We will do our best to process your claims and shipments in a timely manner. Weekends and US Holidays may delay these processes. OUT OF STOCK ITEMSIf your order contains items that have recently gone out of stock, you will be notified about the possibility of replacement products. If there is no response within 2 days, the items will be removed from your order and shipped without them. There are many variables in shipping options/times/companies that may affect the processing of your orders or claims. If there are problems that are not covered in the terms of this Return Policy, we will notify you immediately.
